The methods used in my unique, online hypnosis sessions have been responsible for clients not only changing limiting beliefs, quitting smoking, dropping stress from their lives, overcoming fear of flying, improving sleep quality, losing weight, and even passing professional-level tests (which they have failed 4+ plus in the past), but also boosting self-esteem and creating new thought patterns which create long-lasting change.
